School Directory
The CSA will again sponsor the Community School Family Directory.
The directory helps to foster family-to-family communication by providing family contact information.
To protect everyone’s right to privacy, each family must specify the information they wish to include in the Directory. If you do not return this form, you will not be included.
Please note: Only families electing to share their information will get a copy of the directory!
Please return your form by September 20th if you want to be included!
