Child should be bringing home your cupcake Charlie’s fundraiser forms ! Posted bellow is some general info on it. if you have any questions at all do not hesitate to reach out to me ! My son is a first grader in the school and I am also the Manager of cupcake Charlie’s so I can answer any questions ! A few important things to note .

Your child will sell cupcakes to your family friends neighbors , ect . Once cupcake Charlie’s gets the order forms , we will bake package and bag your students orders . The cupcakes will be delivered ( date and location TBD ) and it is up to the students and parents to pick them up and distribute to the people who ordered from you . The cupcakes are in air tight containers and stay fresh for several days or can be frozen.

– Please be sure Student name , grade and teacher name is on the form when they are returned .

– please make sure forms are neatly filled out so cupcake Charlie’s staff and read the forms correctly

– cupcakes are sold in 6 packs only and for every 6 pack sold out school can keep 6.00 ! We have had schools in past sell almost 9000 cupcakes ! Let’s do this!!!

– Unfortunately, cupcakes Charlie’s is not an allergy free environment . if there is an allergy question I’d be happy to let you know if it is in the cupcake but even if it is not a main ingredient we cannot guarantee cross contamination has not occurred since everything is baked on sight with the same equipment.

– VERY IMPORTANT forms will be due back oct 24 . Late forms cannot not be accepted
