Beginning of the Year News

B Week

This week, students will be following the B Week schedule. Please remember early dismissal on Wednesday.

Thank you/ Information

Thank you so much for the warm welcome that I have received at Community. I appreciate each of you stopping by to introduce yourselves and your children. I look forward to working with you for many years to come.Thank you for assisting in drop off and pick up by adhering to each of the safety protocols in place. Although at times the lines were a bit longer than usual, everyone was so patient and kind. What a wonderful example to set for our students!

Throughout the school as children are getting settled, the halls are buzzing with excitement. As I have been visiting classrooms, I have noted high levels of student engagement and well established routines. My plan is to get into the classrooms very often and share with you the great things that are happening at Community!

This week, I will be meeting with teachers to plan Open House for the fall. I will share information as it becomes available.

More information on the Flu Clinic will be coming soon.

Have a pleasant week. Please reach out to me if there is any way I can assist you or your child.

Warm regards,

Cheryl Bernardo Vaughn

Volunteers are always welcome!

According to School Committee Policy, all volunteers must have a current BCI check on file. Please note that this must be done each year:
